Reviewed August 31, 2019Complex, dry Sherry influence with plenty of oak, vanilla, smoke. Nice nuttiness and mild spiciness, almost like black pepper and cinnamon. Pleasant rolling finish through dark caramel, bitter chocolate, and figs.
