      The proof is incorrect. My bottle is 43%. Nose is rich buttery shortbread, biscuits with honey, apple pie, vanilla pudding Palate is sugar cookies with vanilla, fresh plums, chocolate orange & light spice. The finish is light, but satisfying citrus marmalade on a buttered biscuit
