The Macallan Fine Oak 15 Year

Vanilla and tobacco on the nose, orange peel on the palate.

Vanilla

Thin upfront but long finish. Long finish goes from green apple to a dark dark chocolate and woody finish, pairs nicely with the forward fruit. Strong alcohol but sweet nose, fruit but my palate is not refined enough to pinpoint. Do get a bit of honey and maybe some pear. Very pleasant, to be honest.

Caramel sweetness, honey aroma, vanilla at the front end, clean and smooth finish.
