The Six Isles Blended Malt

A soft sea salt nose. Fruity notes of apple. Taste is malty and some smoky saltiness. Some vanilla and butterscotch sweetness. A good level of peat. Short but pleasant finish. Charred wood and brown sugar. A nice lightly smoky scotch.

This has improved as the bottle got lower and lower.

Oily mouth feel. Peat forward but not over the top. It has a nice salty middle.

Barrel strength Creamy sweet wood on the nose Oily, toast, smoke Great for a blend

Sharp burn, peated with a jodium taste
