Three Ships Bourbon Cask Finish

Nose: Vanilla, Apricots, Hazelnut, Biscuit Palate: Sweet vanilla, Caramel, white pepper, nuts, cinnamon Finish: Sweet & Spicy

For me, this is the whisky that started the journey of becoming a Three Ships fan. I’m not a huge fan of the 5 and 10 but their work with limited editions has been excellent. This bourbon cask is an absolute winner. A more complex taste and stronger presence.

Very pleasant. Similar taste profile to Jack Daniels but smoother. Same price as JD in SA.
