Tasting Notes
"Fresh, sweet an balanced. After nosing, it's hard to believe this is bottled at such a high strength. Plenty of honey and beeswax, as well as candied bananas. The palate is nice and oily with bitter oranges and grapefruit, but also plenty of cinnamon, ginger and marzipan. Finally some cane sugar. A triumph."
