Tasting Notes
"The nose is fairly gentle and somewhat shy, with highlights of soft backing spices and roasted coffee beans, but also gentle notes of cherry syrup and red berries. The mouthfeel is somewhat watery, but that's no surprise at the low abv of 40%. There are some soft oak spices, a slight bitterness and a hint of charred oak, caramel and butterscotch. Not a showstopper."
