TOPO Eight Oak Carolina Whiskey

With a nose hinting at brown sugar, the first taste is light, with subtle notes of baked goods, a bit of vanilla, and a gentle finish that brings a bit of candy to mind. This is a nicely balanced dram that would be a friendly introduction to whiskey that won't overwhelm a newbie.

Fairly sharp taste, fiery, definite oak and vanilla flavor. Not an easy drinker, but not horrible.
