Toro de Lidia (Spanish for "fighting bull") Tequila was created for the Fiesta Brava, a Spanish bullfighting ceremony, and recalls the tradition of bulls trained and bred through the centuries for the purpose of bullfighting.
It is made from the blue weber agave variety, fermented with spring water, double-distilled, and aged for 3 to 8 years in white American oak barrels.

Tequila Extra AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least 3 years in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Extra Añejo tequilas are also known as "ultra aged".
