Torres // Spain
Torres 15 is a Spanish brandy distilled in the traditional manner from white wine, before being aged in American oak casks. Torres employs the solera method of aging and blending the brandy. This expression, Torres 15, is a tribute to Miguel Torres Carbó who rebuilt the winery after it had been destroyed during the Spanish Civil War.
