RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"Considering this rye is the brain child of an Irish immigrant, the taste is very much like that of Irish soda bread - with malted grain flavors, honey, raisins, butter and a pleasant yeasty quality. Robust spice, both sweet and peppery, draw out the finish cleanly."
