"The sherry stands out on the nose, with walnuts and dates, rich red fruits, honey, and a bit of cellar rancio. The palate offers Christmas spice, candied orange peels, trail mix, leather, and chocolate malt balls. A mild finish showcases ginger chews, spearmint, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, tannic oak, molasses, and roasted coffee beans. "
