Tasting Notes

"The charming golden straw color of this 10 year old rye is a perfect precursor to the spirits lively bouquet. An initial note of yeast-y Champagne is followed by apricots and white pepper. The palate is quite congruous with a peachy brightness that concluded with return of those white pepper flavors."
