Trevethan Cornish Gin
London Dry Gin
Trevethan // England
Norman Trevethan originally developed the recipe for this gin in 1929. In 2015, Norman's grandson, Rob Cuffe and his friend, John Hill, revived production of this gin at a new distillery in Cornwall.
This gin is made with ten botanicals - juniper, coriander, cassia, angelica, cardamom, orange and lemon peel, vanilla, Cornish edlerflower, and grose flower. These botanicals are distilled with the base spirit in a "one-shot" method - all the botanicals are added at once to the base spirit in the still and left to macerate until distillation.
