Tequilera Las Juntas, located in the Amatitán region of Jalisco, Mexico, produces the line of Trianon Tequilas. The Maestros Tequileros and brothers, Saúl and Alejandro Ocampo, use traditional techniques passed down to them over three generations.
Trianon's Añejo is double distilled using 100% blue weber agave and aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Tequila AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least a year in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, but ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Añejo tequilas are also known as "aged" or "extra aged".
