Tasting Notes
"The nose is honeyed, with hay, a large dose of green apple, and background spice. Palate is soft, with vanilla, hay, oak, and grain. Tart apple comes on the finish with floral notes, light tropical fruits, and more spice. A little bit one note, but altogether very smooth, easy, and light all the way through."
