Reviewed August 11, 2020 (edited September 18, 2020)Turning Point Rye Nose: brown sugar, fingernail polish, musty, dirt, gonna sound weird but it smells like the inside of a shopping mall. Taste: honey and port, maybe some black pepper, also an overpowering rose water flavor... Oily rose and port on the palate, lasts forever. At first crack....this is awful. After breathing a while, id have to say it's still not great. The port and rose flavor are so much in the spotlight, it is really hard to focus on anything else. I think the strength of these specific notes is coming from just too short of a time in the barrel, I wonder if leaving it for a few more years would round out some of the rough edges to this one. I really love their gin tho.30.0 USD per Bottle
