Twelve 33 Distillery Doc Scofflaw Carolina Straight Bourbon Whiskey 107 Proof

My first experience after opening was a bit too much on proof and less on flavor, the bottle was a bit underwhelming. But when I let it sit for a bit and open up, it turned into something entirely different. Give it a mintue to sit with your nose and you will be rewarded woth lots of complex and pleasant flavors.

First opened the bottle and it tasted youthful and grainy with honey overtones. Two weeks later, wow did this change. All the grain and youthfulness was gone. On tap was berries, honey, caramel and spices on the finish. Wasn't impressed at first but damn did air open this one up.
