Tasting Notes
"Vanilla pudding, toffee, and candy corn open up the nose, along with waxy honey, and peaches and cream. The palate opens big with dark chocolate, tannic oak, lemon, and anise, along with an herbal streak, and towards the back, blackberries and prunes. The finish showcases molasses, dried fruits, burnt caramel and cloves, making for a unique dram—not many booming cask strength Irish whiskeys out there."
