Very Old Barton 80 Proof Bourbon

This time around tastes pretty cheap. Its not awful, but it doesnt stand up to sippers very well. Would probably prefer Benchmark 8 around this price.

Cinnamon, mint, anise. A little bold without the balance and a touch thin. Not bad at all though. Similar vibes to Willett Pot Still for me.

Neat: For the price you can't beat this one. Caramel and vanilla. Looking forward to trying the higher proof versions.

Needs aome more rine in the barrel.
