Nose: Old wood barn with notes of cinnamon and gingerbread cookie. Sweet molasses. Palate: More oak and gingerbread cookie on the palate. A nice smooth creamy vanilla soothes the spicer notes of the ginger and oak. Finish: That creamy vanilla really dominates the finish. A nice cherry note also develops as it opens up more with a bit of old leather too.
