This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is cooked in a stone oven, crushed by tahona, fermented in stainless steel tanks with its fibers, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. It is made using 2 sources of water: 40% spring water and 60% deep well.
This expression is bottled at 106 proof, a considerably higher proof than the flagship blanco. .
