WhiteDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s). Generally unaged except in the US, where it must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time. Sometimes sold as "moonshine" although that is a misnomer.

Tasting Notes
"A clean nose showing aromas of crisp apples, sweet spices and cereal. The palate is pleasantly sweet for an unaged spirit, still boasting some serious spiciness with cloves, cinammon & anise but also some mellow notes of honey and plum. Don't expect a very long finish here, but definitely a spicy one! "
