Vya Sweet Vermouth was first introduced in 1999 with a recipe developed by Andrew Quady. It is made from a blend of grapes including orange muscat grown at Quady Winery in the San Joaquin Valley.
Additionally, Quady's port-style wine is also used here. Botanicals are mostly seeds, barks, and roots and include cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and clove among others.
