The first "vegan" pechuga, this mezcal doesn't use raw poultry but rather highlights other aspects of the harvest focusing on botanicals instead. Locally sourced herbs are added to the still before the second distillation of espadin agave. This is a very limited availability of only 300 bottles so act quickly if you see this out in the wild.
Mezcal JovenA spirit distilled from one or more different varieties of agave. Can only be produced in designated areas within 8 different Mexican states. Must be bottled in México. This is unaged or aged in stainless steel or plastic containers before bottling.
