Reviewed December 20, 2022 (edited September 6, 2024)Had this neat in a glencairn glass. The nose is super faint and I can barely pick anything up. Maybe some hay, ethanol/alcohol, and some light caramel at best. The palate has a thin mouthfeel and something sweet with more burn than flavor to me. The finish comes with some spice/pepper but barely any other notes. What's also odd is that this gets smoother for me as I drink it. The first sip has more burn than the second, third, etc. This one is "okay". Not a favorite for me though. Rating for me is 2.25 and I doubt I’d buy another bottle.47.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed October 8, 2022 (edited September 6, 2024)Nose … very traditional. Caramel Taste …. Saw where said it was a Sazerac product so wondering before I tried … BT or Barton. Definitely a Barton as I get that Barton cinnamon come through but not overpowering. Just enough to enjoy and carries through Finish…spice from the cinnamon lingers for a very pleasant drink higher than 90 proof. Bought at ABC in FL and for $35 I think it’s really good value. Would like to try SxS with 1792 SiB.35.0 USD per Bottle
