Tasting Notes
"The wine finish gives the whisky a somewhat medicinal quality, though it's still pleasant to sip. Somehow the initial bourbon cask finish comes through more when mixed with the port, revealing more smoky, chocolatey and spicy notes. Hints of almond come through towards the finish, which is distinctly woody in a potpourri kind of way. "
