The Cuvée is Waterford Distillery's flagship Bordeaux-inspired single malt whiskey. It is made from 25 unique Single Farm Origin whiskeys, each one featuring Irish-grown barley which is harvested, malted, and distilled separately.
The barrels used were American and French oak including some Vin Doux Naturel casks, a sweet, fortified wine. Bottled without chill-filtration at 50% ABV.

Tasting Notes
"The nose offers black cherry vanilla ice cream, along with beeswax, heather, butterscotch, and lemon oleo saccharum. The palate showcases swirls of flavor, interweaving milk chocolate, clover honey, and hay, with bright pops of citrus, blackberries, and a peppery undercurrent. The finish is lengthy, with sweet orange creamsicle, Christmas spice, tart lingonberries, and tannic oak."
