Jordainian-Harms
Reviewed September 1, 2024Cornbread with butter and syrup on the nose, a sloght funk like cheesecake. Hot to start, peppery from the high proof. Second sip mellows out after the intial shock significantly and yields a delicate warn sweetness with high wheat notes and malty, full undertones. Not a deep flavor like leather or oak, but more of a pleasant sherry and warm bread taste. Smooth, oily, and easy finish. Definitely a premium whiskey. Redish tint and a fancy flavor.
