This one's nose totally gives it away. It's main taste feature is what hits your nose first: apples, apples, apples. Mingle that with a sweet honey undertone it's reminiscent of a honey crisp apple. On first sip she's a bit spicy and fondly carries similarity to some good tasting Ryes. The apple comes flooding through in the taste profile followed by a bit of baking spice, heavy on the cinnamon. As the heat gives you a warm Kentucky hug a tiny bit of cherry pie comes through. On second nosing one can definately find that light flaky pie crust and hints of cherries. The finish is what sets it apart. A bit dry fading into vanilla caramel drizzle. Overall if you love an interesting pour this one's for you. Not your typical Weller line up! Bring on the Apple bomb!
