Weller Full Proof Bourbon

Slight sweet smell. Sweet taste. Even though it is a strong proof, it is remarkably smooth. Hints of apple and vanilla.

My favorite bottle. The flavors are strong. The coat is great and the finish lasts a long time.

All of these Wellers are great. I had this one as a Char restaurant in Cleveland barrel pick and was not disappointed in the least, although I slightly prefer Antique to this.
