Reviewed December 1, 2020I’m not good at writing flavor profiles, but this is definitely corn, which I like. 68% Texas and Midwest corn, 22% Canadian rye, and 10% of a two row malted barley. Milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, blended, and bottled by Western Son in pilot point Texas. Reminds me of another north Texas-based brand, Ironroot Hubris, which is also corn-based, but this has less heat/proof.42.0 USD per Bottle -
