Tasting Notes
"Step right up! Don’t be shy! This is worth trying whether you fancy peated whiskeys or not. Westland managed to tame aggressive flavors from peat to harmonize with their unique malt. A nose of dried flowers, smoldering peat, and white chocolate. The palate swings from sweet to savory. Creamy malt, barley wine, charred wood, hot peat, and a charcoal smoke finish. While not complex, the marriage of delicate and powerful flavors is impressive."
