Tasting Notes
"There is a rich, funk-like quality the sherry cask provides coupled with a sweet smoke. Dried figs and toasted malt follow and by adding just a touch of water, the whisky becomes more intense and lengthy while not being overtly sweet. This is a fun and flavorful whisky that will likely have you thinking of barbecue and bonfires. "
