Reviewed December 16, 2022 (edited January 16, 2023)Very medicinal and fruity nose with a lot of oak. Taste comes in medicinal but moves into dark raisins in an unpleasant way. The finish is the worst part, it has a finish and aftertaste I can only describe as “rotten”. It’s very smooth for 125 proof but the flavors are just not pleasant. -

Reviewed July 14, 2022Complex and sweet considering the proof. This is very harsh on the palate but once you get through that it is quite the treat. You may want to try it on an ice ball if its too harsh for your liking -

Reviewed May 16, 2022Dark fruit and raisins prominent on the nose, with some maltiness and molasses present. The malt really comes through on the palate. The high proof has a good burn to it and the finish is long. Has the sweetness of a bourbon from the new oak barrels, but also the fruitiness of an un peated Scotch. Fantastic.Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar - Vancouver -

Reviewed January 2, 2022 (edited December 31, 2022)Deep bold oak flavors, super strong. Dark, almost musty. Rich fiery flavor that melts into deep spice and wood. Fantastic. Still a touch of that mustiness on the tail but its enjoyable, aged.House Spirits Distillery
