Produced by House Spirits located in Portland, Oregon, this whiskey begins using fully matured Westward American Single Malt as its base. Then the whiskey further matures for an additional year in American oak stout-seasoned casks from various Oregon breweries.
These include Bent Shovel Brewing, Breakside Brewing, Culmination Brewing, Ex-Novo Brewing, Fort George Brewery, Migration Brewing, and Sky High Brewing among others. .
