Reviewed July 30, 2021I'm not the most discerning taster, but I am a big fan of cheap Weller's which is hard to get in my town. I bought this for the wheat content and, it's definitely not Weller's. It is pretty smooth and I don't hate it. Just isn't really exciting either. -

Reviewed April 17, 2021 (edited May 21, 2022)Woody, cedar, light apple on the nose. Tastes sweetish, charred sugar with some tannic raisin, and fades to a mild spice and burn. Not a mellow pour. But the cherry wood is present. Maybe thats the tannic raisin element I get. I will sum this up as harsh, but its a good whiskey. Priced inexpensively, so I'm definitely not disappointed. would probably work really great in some mixed drinks
