This expression is made from a mash bill of 75% estate-grown yellow dent corn, 15% estate-grown red winter wheat, and 10% malted barley. It is matured according to bottled-in-bond standards a minimum 4 years in new, charred oak 53 gallon barrels from Kelvin Cooperage.
It is blended from 7 barrels and cut with limestone water. It is bottled non chill-filtered at 100 proof.
