These single barrels from WhistlePig are offered as private selections for retailers, bars, and groups across the country. Like the standard bottling of the 15 Year Estate Oak Rye Whiskey, this too has finished its aging in Vermont using Vermont oak from the WhistlePig estate.
Additionally, it's custom toasted and charred. As is the nature of such releases, expect variances to occur from barrel to barrel with regards to proof and flavor profiles.
