Reviewed October 31, 2020Nose is real sweet, with creamy vanilla and wheat, bit of orange zest. Some oak. Taste is creamy vanilla, cinnamon, rye, pepper, lotttsss of grassy notes. Long grassy finish. Very smooth for a rye. This is actually batch no.3 -

Reviewed July 26, 2020This rye is pretty solid. I can taste the rye and almost a wheat undertone. There’s an ashy after taste too. Lovely nose. Warmth this very tame for this rye! -
