Nose: Vanilla, Pear, Gala Apple, Banana, Carmel Taste: Pear, Apple, Butter, Grain, Spice (Nutmeg?)

hot in the nose, little tart smelling. A little acrid in the mouth. little water really softens the nose, mouth feel is still spicy hot, sort of one dimensional. have to say I'm not impressed...
