"This gin has a very slight color to it. On the nose, hints of juniper are prominent, followed by a noticeably sweet, fruity aroma. On the palate, it starts off with a bit of juniper and ginger spice, but after the initial heat fades away, the rhubarb flavor is unmistakable. There are also prominent notes of sweet orange and a hint of herbaceousness. This gin would pair well with ginger beer or tonic that’s not too sweet and a hearty squeeze of lime."
