Widow Jane, based in Red Hook, Brooklyn, created this bourbon in collaboration with bartenders representing each of New York City's five boroughs, working alongside Head Distiller Sienna Jevremov. The group blended the whiskey in small sessions, tasting and combining just five barrels at a time, each aged a minimum of 10 years in new American oak inside Widow Jane's rickhouse. It is bottled at 91 proof. The bottle's cork features an inset metal token styled after the city's historic subway tokens.
It is available exclusively in New York, with an allocation of 2,400 bottles. It launched in June 2026. (SRP $69.99).
