Widow Jane 10 Year Straight Bourbon

Another one of my favorites. Maple syrup, brown sugar, some spice heat but it’s not unpleasant.

Widow Jane Aged 10 Years Batch 759, bottle 797, 2022 Proof: 91 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Medium amber. Nose: Big almonds and some honey. Palate: Honey, apples, some baking spice. Finish: Long finish, medium heat. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 7.5/10 - The nose and finish are impressive, it's just not quite there in the palate. Perhaps another of their expressions would hit different.

It’s ok but wouldn’t buy it again. Orange on the nose leather and tobacco with a thin finish
