Right out of the bottle I had good amount of Alcohol on the nose but after letting it breathe for a few minutes it really came alive. I ended up getting some brown sugar and vanilla notes. Being that it’s ten years aged in new oak Barrels I expected a good amount vanilla on the palette but I wasn’t expecting the spicy finish. Not a bad thing. I actually really enjoyed it. 👌🏻 grab it if you can.
