Widow Jane Apple Wood Rye

Amazing flavor and smooth

On the nose i get fruity and chocolate notes. First sip is not overpowering offers more bourbon notes like learher, oak, and char. I didnt get too many rye tastes but there is some black pepper notes and aftet taste. Ice softens this to the point of dulling everything. Not a bad offering but not an instant classic.

Rye spice with some interesting undertones from the apple wood

Hints of rye but more complex with sweet apple and hints of BBQ. Very good for the price and one Id like to try again.

A nice tasting Rye with a slow burn and mellow apple finish.
