Widow Jane 7 Year Straight Bourbon

One of my favorites. Has a smooth great flavor with very little bite.

The nose stars hot but mellows to vanilla, baking spices, oak, some smoke and the faintest hint of ripe fruit. The palate comes across marshmallowy and vanilla, with just the right amount of oak balancing it out, along with cooked sugar and a fruity sweetness. The finish is medium and full of vanilla with fading oak and a touch of brown sugar.
