Reviewed July 6, 2020 (edited November 2, 2020)Very nice bottle. A little different from the ryes you’re probably used too, less spice and but more citrus. Curious to hear the age statement on this since it’s a very light amber. I would recommend 👌🏻 -

Reviewed May 3, 2020 (edited June 11, 2020)This whiskey has a clover honey color, and thick watery legs dribble down the glass. The nose is green and fruity starting out with light nail polish, green pine, green apple, dill, and sawdust. The palate is thin, dry, and fruity namely with apple and pear, fruit gushers, and strawberry. The finish is short, hot, and tangy with a taste of mango. -

Reviewed April 21, 2020The nose is not full of surprises, with apple, cinnamon and light oak. Use of applewood in the aging shows throughout with tart apple on the front of the pallet and warmer, baked apple on the middle and back of the pallet. A few sips brings out a touch of orange and more cinnamon. Noticeably younger with a softer finish than you might expect from a rye. Regardless of these late notes it remains heavily apple-forward throughout, limiting its complexity.57.99 USD per Bottle -
