Widow Jane Whiskey Distilled From a Rye Mash Oak & Apple Wood Aged

Nose: Pear, floral Palate: thin mouthfeel, rye spice, white pepper, mildly sweet oakey medium finish

Very nice bottle. A little different from the ryes you’re probably used too, less spice and but more citrus. Curious to hear the age statement on this since it’s a very light amber. I would recommend 👌🏻
