"Chava"). The agave is roasted 72 hours in stone ovens, crushed by Tahona, undergoes natural fermentation with fibers, and distilled 2 times in stainless steel and copper pot stills. This expression is bottled at 100 proof, higher than the distillery's standard Blanco.
