Wild Common Tequila Blanco
Wild Common Blanco Tequila is an additive-free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave in the Tequila Valley at Cascahuín Distillery in El Arenal, Jalisco under the direction of master distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo (“Chava”). The agaves are roasted for 72 hours in small brick ovens before extraction using a combination of tahona and roller mill.
Fermentation occurs naturally with agave fibers, and the tequila is distilled twice in stainless steel and copper pot stills. It is bottled non chill-filtered at 42% ABV (84 proof).
